This set at Rendo has a lot of in-car (and, well, out-of-car) poses for G3 Females/V7:

Lots of breathless "Ooo I'm so hot" poses, but some that look human and probably could be adapted to your needs. Not free, but on sale now for $6.99.

Some of them are reasonbly sane in-car poses you could tweak.
