Changing Skin Tone?

I'm not quite happy with the color of a character's skin, I think it's too yellow/orange and would like it to be more of a pale almost white color, is it possible to change this or do I need to find a different character with skin like that and apply it?

If I need to find another character suggestions would be welcome none of the ones I currently have are as pale as I am looking for.

Before I buy this do you know if it is adjustable at all or is it a one skin one setting? There is only one character repeatedly demonstrated with the exact same looking skin in all the demo renders on the product and that exact skin tone isn't exactly what I am looking for, it's more ruddy/reddish than anything, so I'm just wondering before I think about buying it. It's not really clear in the product information but I think it doesn't appear to be adjustable at all.
