annual price sale fixed but ???

the last time I tried the frontline heros bundle and the annual pc+ .. it didn't work

but it's working now.

but a couple days before that sale there was another sale that offered 60% off a list of items if you bought a new release.

the annual membership was in the 60% items but didn't change price in the cart.

before I think about filing a ticket..

this was the my sale promotion... 
first shot .. one of the special pages.. second one cart with plat membership from special items and third .. is the cart I bought (I think)

now we know you can sometimes get a good deal .. if you run a cart before Daz discovered an error

so did the plat membership not go through because it really wasn't in the sale? 
or was it just a broken pricing glitch like the first day with the frontline and the discount for the annual membership
that was  fixed so it functioned properly 
in which case I should buy the lessor discount deal and then turn in a ticked for the difference in the discounts?

(my cash flow is never enough to go ahead and buy and wait for a credit.

    My assumption is that if it wasn't working, it would have been "removed as an incorrect item in the sale".. 

    But feel free to contact CS for clarification.

    I don't know what sale that was, but it was most probably not intended to be included. I don't think I've ever seen annual membership at 60% off in all the years I've spent here.

    That exclusion is generally mentioned on the sale banner, though, not by removing it from the category. I suppose they don't have an easy way to filter it out.

    main reason for asking was the current sale didn't work the first time I tried it a couple weeks ago .. also.

    and now I'm getting the discount in the cart

    Sale category is one thing, but there are conditions on the sale page / banner too.
