I don't think there is one. Most are either male or outright incorrect/stylized representations.

Is there a V4-G8F body clone? If there is (admit I can't find one), then the V4 skeleton https://www.daz3d.com/v4-skeleton might work for you.

Failing that, could V4 be your base for the project?
