Oh, I think you're right. It looks like Bblythe Hair: https://www.daz3d.com/bblythe-hair-for-genesis-8-females (Oddly the link you posted leads to a texture add-on product called "Provocative Moves".) *Edit - Or DID, I see it goes to the Bblythe Hair now. :)*

Yes, missed the "3" at the end of the link when copying it so it linked to the other product, but it's fixed now. :)
