Z Natural Breasts - Shape and Pose Mega Set poses not working

I'm trying to use the poses from this set and I am finding that the do what they're supposed but the upper body will not work at all. It doesn't matter which pose I select. It will rotate and orient the body as expected too.

The breast shape apply / remove work as well.

I looked for documentation on the product but can't seem to find any.

Turning the limits off also does not help.

What am I doing wrong?

Another thread reports that the psoes are not applying the shapes, though the shapes themselves do work.

In my case the poses themselves are not working. If you look closely at the image I've highlighted the pose that I selected. You can see that everything from the waist up is still in the default genesis 8 female pose. However, the highlighted pose shows the body and arms in a specific pose not the defaults.

I've tried other full body poses from different sets and they all pose the character properly, so this is exclusive to this set.

It's almost as if there's a bone in the hip/pelvis area that isn't being accounted for so it just stops there... ?

Well, the name does incvluce Btm - I suspect it's a partial pose for the lower body, there are probably others named soemthing like Upr. Zeddicus does do a lot of pose sets which have partial poses for mixing and matching.
