Exporting hair issues

I am new to Daz Studio and have been playing around with exporting models to render in my scenes in Keyshot. When I export, the hair looks very chunky and loses the individual strands that I see in Daz. So far, I have only played with the included Genesis 8 hair Toulouse Hair. When I search on the forums for a fix, several posts have said something like "enable Preview PR Hairs in the Line Tesselation group in the Parameters pane". But with Toulouse Hair, I don't see that option. One post even went as far as to show a screen shot and I noticed my parameters pane is missing the Tesselation option.

Are there different kinds of hair models in Daz?
Is Toulouse Hair limited?

What kind of hair model should I be using if I want to export and OBJ file to use in Keyshot?

Thanks for any help!

There are different types of hair.

The traditional hair uses a polygon mesh, and need a map in the cutout oppacity channel to give the illusion of individual hair strands.

The new, strand-based hair and dForce hair, is basically only edges that is beveled at the time when you render. This type must have pre-view enabled to show in the viewport, and also if you export it.

So what if preview is not an option? What kind of hair is that? I have no problem purchasing more hair, but I don't know what to look for in terms of file type.
