Reaching a DAZ Content Creator for Tech Support?

I'm sure this is a common question but: I'm getting unexplained errors using Riversoftart's Content Wizard, and need to ask the creator for assistance, but I'm not seeing an obvious way to reach them on the Daz website -- or anywhere else for that matter.

Anyone have any insight here?  Are we all just at the mercy of unreachable content creators when their stuff doesn't work as advertised?
