Reaching a DAZ Content Creator for Tech Support?

I'm sure this is a common question but: I'm getting unexplained errors using Riversoftart's Content Wizard, and need to ask the creator for assistance, but I'm not seeing an obvious way to reach them on the Daz website -- or anywhere else for that matter.
Anyone have any insight here? Are we all just at the mercy of unreachable content creators when their stuff doesn't work as advertised?

The typical advise is that you submit a support ticket to DAZ, as they provide the technical support for the products sold on the store. However there are a few vendors that are active on the forum, ant RiverSoft is one of them. Your best bet would be to ask your question(s) in the Content Wizard thread here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/387911/released-content-wizard-commercial/p1
