Odd clipping.

I have an obj file that for some reason I'm getting odd clipping and I'm not sure how to correct it. Also I noticed on of the floor maps is upside down somehow.

Please show wireshaded.  I suspect the model has n-gons that would need to be cleaned up.

From what I can see and understand of the wireshaded it does look like there are two layers on the but I'm not too sure how to safely get rid of it without destroying the whole thing.

Try, with the model selected, Edit>Object>Geometry>Triangulate, though ti woudl be better - if this is the issue - to edit it more carefully in a modelling application.

When I try that, I get a message saying, you must select an object containing quadrilaterals to perform this action.

It's difficult to read that image, but ti could well be triangulated already.

That looks like there is an issue with coplanar faces. Look at the image. Both of the (badly) highlighted faces seem to be part of the same floor.

I'm using blender at the moment instead of hexagon hopefully there is an easy way to merge those or remove the other one and see what happens.
