Need help with something

Recently I was using a pose. I got the message like I do wih this one giving me the option to leave limits on or off. I clicked the check mark that said don't display this message agin. How can i get that message to display again?

Hit F2 to get the preference window, click content tab, use the dropdown box under the pose/shaping section, set it to "show the preset exceeds limit dialogue" and hit apply and accept buttons.
