No Smart Content?

I recently purchased Orlean's Armor for Genesis 8 Male(s) and dForce Rochelle Gown for Genesis 8 Female(s), and neither of them show up in Smart Content.  I expect that of Genesis 2 items and back, but Genesis 8 items really should have meta data, shouldn't they?  I thought that was part of what Daz does for venders, including meta data like that?  Maybe I'm wrong.  But I would really love to see some Smart Content icons for these outfits.  

And yes, I'm well aware not everyone uses Smart Content.  But I like to when I can, it make things easier and quicker for me.  Personally for me, it's a big help.

    Please submit a ticket for it; there are 10's of 1000's products in the library and occasionally things from the catalog are missed.

    I have both products installed with DAZ Connect via the Smart Content tab.

    I just bought the Orlean's Armor and was surprised to find it show up when I had G8F in my screen and under Wardrobe she was selected. I just checked what character it was compatible with and it is G8F, not G8M. So I guess I need to submit a ticket so it is updated for everyone else.

    Updated: Submitted ticket, but the SKU is 54597, how has this escaped being reported or fixed since it was released on 24 Sep 2018? 

    I have had the Rochelle Gown since it was released, so no idea.

    There also is an Orleans Armor for G8F..  Are you sure that isn't what you are seeing when you have G8F selected?

    The Rochelle Gown has no "Compatibility" set in the metadata, so it won't show up for G8F.

    The Orleans Armor for G8M is a mixed bag. Half the items have "Compatibility" set to G8M, half to G8F. Specifically, all the wardrobe and accessory parts are G8F, all the props are G8M.

    Yup, time for tickets...

    Thanks, everyone, for your input.  I guess I'll file a couple tickets, then.  For some reason I hate filing tickets, I'm not sure why!  Oh well, it's the best way to get somethig done, I suppose.
