Is the skin a SSS shader? Have you changed the scale of the figure?

I have a feeling its an issue with scaling your figure and the SS Shader skin.

Try lowering the Shading Rate on the skin surfaces and see if that helps.

Its a surface setting. Select your figure then bring up the surfaces tab. Then you need to select all of the skin sufaces on the figure in the surfaces tab.
If you scroll down one of the settings should say Shading Rate.Try reducing this number setting. Soryy im not at my computer right now or i would give you some screenshots.

Explanation, the alteration in the pose now shows the pubic area of the character below the skirt

There is some kind of a "rule" in 3D. Well, not officialy, but it is a rule for me.

If you have 2 items of different scales and you want to match their sizes, always make the bigger one smaller (downscaling) instead of making the smaller one bigger (upscaling). With upscaling you always loose quality.
