Show only Dials that have been changed from their default?

I'm currently hunting down a settings I cannot find anymore, and it would greatly help if I could in Parameters *only* show the dials I have actually touched. 

Possible?

Hey! In the Parameters, Posing, Shaping... All such Panes with Sliders, with a Figure Selected, at the top of the Left Column have 3 "categories":

"Currently Used" should be exactly what you're looking for if I understand your question correctly...
