how do I find the CCT?

I don't see it on a menu, but it should be part of my studio 4.6 pro. I would like to make clothes for my characters.

    The CCT is a collection of many tools into one Package. They are all now built into DAZ Studio. It includes among a few the Figure Set up tool for Rigging to Morph Loader Pro for creating and saving custom Morph files. There is no one CCT.
    You will need to have your Viewport set to one of the Advanced Styles to see most of the tools and Menus if you have not done so already. That is Done in Window>Workspace>Layout Style.
    Some tools only function when others are in use and are called by Right clicks or mini menus on the Tool in use or from there own use at the correct time. They are all built in though.
