DAE Dynamic Clothing plugin bug out?

Every now and then I'll use any of the dynamic clothings I have in my library and I'll only get the plugin panel for the freebie that comes with DS. I still haven't figured out how exactly I get it fixed, but it usually involves disabling the plugin, restarting DS and re-enabling it.

    sometimes a dll for the wrong build version stops the right one being installed
    running the installer should remove it but I myself had to do it manually once
    lives in your program files plugin folder if you wanna just kill it before reinstalling
