How Do You Make a Mirrored Pose?

I need some help, I've made a pose that I like and want to save a mirrored version of it.
I couldn't find an option in the save screen that would help me to accomplish this.
Unless, I've missed something.

Anyway, much thanks for any guidance. :)

    You would first need to mirror the pose using the Parameters tab options menu > Symmetry

    I do this all the time.

    Parameter's tab -> Symmertry:

    Root node
    Recursive
    Swap left and right
    Mirror Z | Y rotations
