    Note that the HD morphs will not work in Poser 10, but the standard ones will. The LAMH hair will not work in Poser 10.

    I have been on this for 16 hours straight having sent every conceivable screenshot to help support and had everyone checked and double checked.

    What is LAMH hair? I need the image to have hair its the most important aspect of the image.

    LAMH hair will not work in Poser, and you need the DSON importer to get the Gorilla model into Poser,

    Models like this are optimised to use in DAZ Studio (DS)

    when I go to download I get this message sku::14812,14897,16190,16280 and a red X. in the downloads manager.
    Do you really believe this is ever going to happen? I have no problems with Poser itself its simple its just getting external
    Daz produces to work.

    Now its asking me for a menu Path and underneath is asking me to enter a name. No idea why?

    Can you post a screenshot of the message you're seeing?

    First off, on the product page http://www.daz3d.com/ape-world-2-gorilla-hd the 4th and 5th proos show the difference between the version using Look At My Hair and no LAMH -- you won't get the long hair in Poser.

    This is failing been trying to get these soccer poses in for days now. However I really need the gorilla to work. its 1230 AM and started this at 7 am so a solid 17 hours work with nothing to show for it.

    If you are using the Genesis/G2 products in Poser you also need to install "DSON Importer for Poser" and the PoserCF files for the products. If you are using DAZ Studio 4.6 you don't need those, but you do need the free http://www.daz3d.com/look-at-my-hair-free-player

    Are you installing to the default location, or are you using a custom location?

    I don't know its been 17 hours now and I'm tired, I've been through all the locations with tech support to no avail. Installation 64 bit software is pointing at Poser 10 and so is 32 bit. This is what I was told to do by help support.

    Would you like to save existing filter. I only use filters in Photoshop. No idea what this is all about.

    You can say No, that's just because there's an SKU listed in the filter box.

    We can work through it, but if you're on a deadline and need to use Poser 10 it may take more time than you have available.

    We can't work through it, we really can't I have given help support every screen shot possible, it doesn't work on the Mac I'm sure of that now having spoken to various friends who have tried to use Daz on the Mac and had so problem on the PC at all. Ive been at this for 17 hours without a break and am in the same positions as I was at the beginning. If I thought there was a cats chance in hell I would push through the night to get it done but its one problem after another.

    Look you see I need yes another program to make this work (look at my hair) and have an error straight away, it never ends.

    what is save filter all about, what info do I enter.? the arrow looks like a drop down menu but nothing happens when I click it. I give up. Im guessing by the time I wake up in the morning help support will be closed for the night its 2 am in the morning here. Its been a long day.

    Like I said, that's just because the filter box has the line SKU::16151 in it, you can ignore it and not save the filter. Many people do use these products on MACOSX.

    Nothing at all happens it just cancels the moment I click no then it goes off with nothing downloading

    Click the refresh icon (first one in the top row) and it should display anything you haven't downloaded yet.

    I have just tried it and nothing at all happens because it doesn't work. It doesnt actually download anything the bar at the top does nothing.
