Pose then dress or dress then pose?

Does it make any significant difference which order you perform these in? Is there a best practice? Does it vary by figure generation? Or no at all?

Don't think there is any standard way. I usually dress first than pose because many times the clothing wouldn't look right based on the pose and the rigging/ textures, so it's usually easier to adjust the pose to get it to look right that edit the clothing
