Quickly finding morphs that are not set at zero

Hi all,

I was just wondering: is there a quick way to find all morphs on a geneis 8 figure that are not set at zero? When dialing in a specific shape, I use a lot of morphs and when I want o undo certain things, I find it hard and very time consuming to scroll through all the morphs, scanning for the ones that are no longer at zero and undoing them again... Is there a quick way to "filter out" all morphs that are not at zero?

Thanks a lot,

Me

You can select "Currently Used" rather than "All" at the top of the parameters.  That will also show you any adjustments made to clothes, hair, etc.

For just the character, there's Dial Control.

That will only show the ones, which are not at their default values.

Load the base figure, Zero the figure, you can also select "Show hidden", and then select "Currently used" and it will show the ones with non-zero default value with the 0 in white.

If you now "Memorize the Figure" and Save As -> Support Asset -> Save Modified Assets, the non-zero default values will be changed to zero.

The person was looking for morphs he'd adjusted.

And how do you find a mystery morph that gets automatically applied to genesis8 when the default figure loads in? I have that issue right now and I can't find the morph that is applied... How do you selecy "show hidden"? I don't see that option...

  • Thanks!!! I still have a weird looking G8 figure now... I looks more muscular than it should, it has a flatter chest and has very long nails... Yet this method doesn't show any morphs that are still applied... How do I fix this?

  • Phoo!!! I finally found it!!! Problem solved! Yet that morph was applied at 100% and the value was greyed out like it was 0. Is there any way to filter out these values?

I think this comment from @PerttiA above sums up how to do that (I'm not 100% sure): https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/5724606/#Comment_5724606
