Hey there, not sure if the terminology is the same in Blender as it is for DAZ, but is there a way to apply scaling, location and rotation changes to objects?

You usually don't need to do this in DAZ - nor can you do it as I know of. As there are no geometry modifiers like in Blender this also is not a problem. At least that's why I think you are asking ;-)
If you are asking how to move objects around in a scene, you will find x,y, and z translation and rotation settings, as well as scaling, on the Parameters tab (see attachment).
I think he is asking how to "apply" the different transformations, freezing them as they are, while resetting them all. This is often incredibly convenient.
