Do you have the catalyzer plugin?
No just installed product
You will need https://www.daz3d.com/lamh-2-iray-catalyzer ; or you can pick up the bear dforce addon https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-hair-for-brown-bear-by-am
DAZ closed several time. I got fatal error.
