Collective3d Country Kitchen missing appliances

I have this product and used it multiple times. It's really nice and I like it a lot. It has two preload options: Antique and Modern. The Antique is fine but the Modern needs C3D Appliances to complete it. Without it there empty spaces where fridge and stove would be, and a whole in the cabinetry for the dishwasher. The catch is that the appliences are no longer available in the store. With the help of Goggle I located them in the Docomumentation Center. http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/57143/start ; They look like a perfectly fine product and I'm befuddled why they are not for sale anymore.

I'm about to submit a ticket, customer support might get back to me this month. Meanwhile anyone has any ideas, advice, solution? Is there a way to contact the vendor?

May be an error, such things have happened before.  The vendor also has a store at Renderosity, you could try to contact them via sitemail there.

The best way is to contact Daz 3d via a help ticket

The description does state that the modern version utilizes the C3D Appliances:

Key features are the tin ceiling, fully articulated doors, cabinets, and drawers, and two preloaded scenes: antique and modern. The antique version features an authentic 1907-1920 Western Electric telephone and ca. 1940 appliances! The modern version is optimized for the C3D Appliances set (available separately), including an under-counter opening for the dishwasher. Both versions include the dining set, breakfront, sideboard, tables, and dishes -- a total of 22 furnishings as separately loadable objects that can be used here and elsewhere.

It does. The point is that those are not available in the store anymore.

The C3D Appliances were a freebie that @Collective3D had on his Facebook page and were also one of the limited holiday freebies that Daz had in the store only for that period. (Normally those readmes explicitly state that fact; I don't know why this one doesn't.) If you send C3D a message through your inbox (under the gear symbol in the top right corner in the forum), they may send you a download link. (It's how I got the appliances.) It may take a little time; apparently the forum isn't consistently sending them notifications.

I didn't find a link for the appliances there; BUT his last posts were back in December and it appears that he has been having serious medical problems. sad I really hope he is doing better.

Oh, right. That explains why they're gone from the store.
