Are there any posing sets out there for dressing and undressing?

    There are these: http://www.daz3d.com/before-poses-for-genesis-v5-and-m5-bundle

It's kind of a tricky thing to do since the pose would probably have to be designed to work with specific pieces of clothing. The set linked above uses these towels. Some outfits (many of SickleYield's, for instance) seem to be designed with this sort of use in mind, but most aren't.

I have seen some, on 'other sites' where you get a "dual product" of clothing and poses - as I prefer not using such 'cookie cutter' things I never got any as they seem a touch limited.

In the Few times I have needed this I have built them by hand. The Harder part is finding clothing with open morphs to use the poses with. A real hard one is pants only partly up or down the legs, mens in particular.

Limited, I guess but it does kind of surprise me that there is so little. A lot of it does boil down to the clothes typically not morphing in a going on or coming off manner. Well, I thought I'd ask. There are a few parts in my comics that have the character taking off a shirt or putting on pants, and I basically cut the scene and don't show the act of dressing because it is so hard to do well.
