Can any of the "pose maker" utilities be used to make commercial pose sets?

So I was wondering, can any of the "pose makers" such as Pose Builder or Pose Architect be used to make commercial pose sets; i.e. be used as a Merchant Resource?

Just keeping my future options open if I decide to learn to use one of them.

I'm planning to make my own original poses that is the entire point. I'm looking for tools that could help me do that.

What I am wondering is if: A) using any of the utilities would speed workflow?

and B) if the resulting original poses created with the assistance of the utilities could be treated as an original commercial product?

What I'm curious about is whether you can make poses that are intended to work with a specific environment for which there's no existing pose set, or whether permission from the original PA is required.
