Hotkeys for timeline?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

When making animations, I'm currently using the cursor to go back and forth between frames, when I'd rather just use a key input to do things like go to playrange start, or next keyframe. Do they exist for timeline? Thank you.

    If you go to Window>Workspace>Customise the commands are mostlly in the Animation group on the left - right-cick on one and you have the option to chnage/assign the keyboard Shortcut - just press the combination you wish to use.

    Thank you both for asking and answering this!

    I'm trying out these settings:

    1. Step to Previous/Next Frame = left/right
    2. Skip to Previous/Next Key = shift+left/shift+right
    3. Skip to Play Range Start/End = ctrl+shift+left/ctrl+shift+right

    I'm so happy so far! This already feels way easier to use and far closer to what I remember of Blender's shortcuts.
