hi can someone please please help me i am trying to get mydazlibrary content back

i bought a new computer and now i dont know how to get my content back into daz studio

    Content Directory manager? the paper stack tab  then add the directories in ....

    So, in the middle of the content manager, you have clicked the plus sign for Daz Studio format and added all of the content folders for your stuff, clicked the plus sign of the Poser data and added all of the runtimes you have, clicked the plus sign for Connect Data and added the data folder where your connect data lives if you use DazConnect?
