Hi: I am not sure what you are asking.

If you have a store credit, you put the items in your cart, and check out. You can choose store credit as the payment method when you are in the checkout process.

If you are talking store credit, when you go through the checkout process there is a field for it (once you get to the payment screen) Just simply click in the box highlighted below and then the credit would be applied and your balance will be adjusted. If the credit is not enough to cover the total amount then you would also have to click one of the other options so it knows how to pay the difference. If that is not what you are inquiring about or you can not find this screen, please let us know and we will try as best we can to help answer your questions.
