Installed files removed?

hi there.. I causally find that 3 files are somehow missing from the Genesis 3 Female Body Morphs; I saw this by using the Show installed files on DIM. I installed the package with DIM and of course I can install it again.. but I would like to know if this is a random error or it could be related to other packages removing not compatible/updated/whatever files?

and also: how could I automatically check if other packages are missing files (so not by manual check one by one)? DIM is not showing any update for Genesis 3 Female Body Morphs, so I guess it can't see something is missing or it thinks that's OK

I'm sorry what do you mean exactly? I checked with DIM, right click on package and Show installed Files. Files on disk are underlined as links while not present one are simply reported but have no links to open the folder once you click them..
