I am wanting this Japanese biker hat, glasses and hair from this movie - Ballad of Yokohama Hoods - want the short hair under it as well. Want to make some Japanese biker gang fight scenes. I know there are other motorcycle hats but was hoping to get this exact one. I can pay something to commission it if possible for genesis 3 and 8 together, female.
Thanks!

You can change the color in the Surface tab of DazStudio.
This file is in 3DSmax format (you can download the trial version of 3DSmax on the Autodesk website, which will allow you to open this file and export it in OBJ, FBX or DAE format)
You can also ask for the format conversion to be done in a 3D forum.
For your glasses, it is more difficult to find.

For glasses, you can also search steampunk models, because the characters in your photo have a steampunk look !
On Turbosquid or CGTrader, there are also beautiful glasses, but they are very expensive.
Before buying these objects, you have to look at the Daz or Renderosity objects which are more interesting in terms of price.

For converting max files:

I tested the max to OBJ conversion, and it's perfect !
You have to be patient (it takes several minutes)
I thought that converting max files online was not possible, because these files are specific to 3DSmax.
Up until that page's existence, it wasn't. However I tried it for a couple of popular .max files and no, they did not convert. Came back with 'error' message.
3D file conversions are still problematic.
With Cinema 4D, I cannot read certain FBX files created by DazStudio. And with Blender, I read them with no problem at all.
You can make a test:
Import a simple cube, in OBJ format, into two different 3D softwares. Then export these cubes in DAE format. Then open these two DAE files and you will be amazed by the differences.
But the site that I indicated did a good conversion to OBJ format, it's essential !
I added a photo showing the goggles from the Front View
