Animation, Converted Stonemason Urban Future 7

Hi All,

I've just finished converting Stonemason;s excellent Urban Future 7 to Lightwave format, (I much prefer the lighting and renderer there), and have made a short animation which I hope you will like.

I was particularly pleased with getting the quality of global illumination from about 25 seconds of a 3 minutes per frame render time.

Hi Nick. That look pretty darn good. I was kind of expecting a little asian fella to pop up behind the food counter smiley 3 minutes per frmae is still pretty long render time, specially for Light-wave but the results are definetly worth the wait . nice job

  • The lighting is very complex indeed, and that was rendeirng on my laptop!

Nice. I love when new users show off the results in apps most of us here can't afford, LOL What version of LW did you use? have you tried the new Brute Force renderer in the 2020 version?

I used LW a few years back and liked it a lot. If I can ever justify the $1000 price, I'd like to get it again.
