What is IBL and does the old IBL work in current Daz?

In the BYOB's there are Ultimate IBLs for Poser and Render Studio listed.  Do these work in the current Daz? It says:

"Render Studio users will be able to access the IBL lights through 'Light Manager' and also have the choice of loading any of the IBL presets from the light library that comes with Render Studio or the previous IBL sets through Render Studio Light Manager."

Is Render Studio part of Daz or where would one access it now?  It sounds like an interesting and useful product but I don't buy these things because I am not sure they will work.

Thanks.

IBL means Image Based Lighting. Using a HDRI to light your scene is an example of IBL.

No. Render Studio is an add-on for Poser, and those products are poser IBL lights made to use with it. None of them will work in DS.
