Would this Genesis 3 to Genesis UV set work inside Carrara?

Does anyone know if this would be useful within Carrara: https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-uvs-for-genesis 

The product says only for use within DAZ Studio' - but I didn't know if that meant it wouldn't work within Carrara or just wasn't  guaranteed to work in Carrara.

    the UV's will work on the surfaces in common, the geografts for the adjoining surfaces will stuff up their UV's and possibly the figure UV's

    you probably could conform a second set of geografts to each of the originals but  might get seams
