    No, those names are their names. Not all characters have proper names, like Victoria or Misumi. The Girl and Brute, for example, don't have "real names".

    If your question is "are these characters based upon a real world person", I don't know one way or another, and, since the creator of the characters does not state that they were, one must assume that they were not. That doesn't mean that the character's creator didn't use various real world references in developing the characters, of course. There are some characters in the store that do resemble real world people, and generally are quite recognizable as such. However, unless the likeness really jumps out at you, it is reasonable to assume that they represent simply a generic old dude or tough guy.
