Can we render multilayers that contain skin layer?

in The Commons
Hi guys, I am new to DAZ. I wonder know can we render multilayers that contain skin layer. If it is possible, we can change skin color outside DAZ and save render time. But when I google, I only find render different light layers. So do anyone knows how to render skin layer?
Thanks

You can create a beauty canvas with the character selectied. Check the alpha box to get a mask too. That way, you'll get the eyes and teeth as well, but not hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, anatomical elements, clothing or accessories, unless you include them in your selection. I pulled this layer out of one of my projects, so the opacity is reduced, but you get the idea.
If you want, instead of creating a single beauty layer, you can also render glossy, specular and diffuse canvasses separately, which will add up to the beauty layer.
If you really want to get detailed, you can use LPE to break down the effect of each light source on the character, but that's a bit more involved, and not something I do normally.
I hope that answers your question. Multilayers aren't a term I hear used a lot. It doesn't, by itself save render time.
