That means that the files listed were not installed in the place where DS expects them.
How did you install those files?
i used daz connect to install them
That probably means that the isntalaltion failed to decrupt the files - the framed exclamation mark just means DS can't read the PNG fille or it's missing, if the actual content file was missing there would also be an exclamation mark at lower-left. Try uninstalling, then Connect>Work offline, find the product in the Products list in Smart Content, right-click on it and select Delete. Go back on line, and when the metadata has refreshed try reinstalling. If it still won't work then please open a support ticket.
how do i do it offline
Connect>Work Offline, so that you can delete the preoduct (which just removes its description, forcing DS to refresh when you use Connect>Connect).
ok ty so much ill try that
hi nope still not working i think that figure is corrupted
For now you could instal through Install manager (uninstall the Connect version first), and please report the issue to support.
i will thanks
This is also happening to me with some figures which previously worked fine after I installed them through Daz Connect (I had to reinstall everything to a different drive). My second try uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to work for one figure.
It is missing the PNG files OR the PNG files are there but the name is not matching the actual .DUF file
the png files are there
i tried the install manager same thing no dice
how can i fix this
I don't think it's just them. I opened my studio and had a ton of ! for my products that were fine the previous use. I use DIM too, never use Connect. I shut the studio down a few times and it fixed most of it.
hi i know its terrible i wish i can figure this out
