I want to purchase Angharad 8 using my monthly 06-20Plat. The coupon conditions mention no restrictions regarding new releases (which Angharad still is), yet I am not able to apply it successfully. What am I doing wrong?

    What else do you have in your cart? Are there any freebies? 

    Also be sure that there are no leading or trailing spaces and that you haven't previously used it.

    Are you using the complete code? Because it is 06-20PlatClub not just 06-20Plat?

    Sometimes copy-and-paste also puts a spurious leading blank in the code.  I have nothing kind to say about web software that cannot ignore leading blanks.
