What hair is used here?

I swear I used to be so good at knowing items that were used in ads but just lately my brain just can't figure it out anymore. I've seen this hair when it rolled out, I've looked everywhere for this hair, Heck, I might even had this hair. But I'll be damned if I can find it or know its name. So I'll toss this out to you guru's. Thanks in advance.

    Dang, all the way back to V4 days....wow. Good eye. And nope don't have it. I could have sworn tho there was a recently released hair that kind of did the same thing?

    I think a lot of the dForce hair will do that (after flipping the figure upside down). Sometimes you need to tweak the settings to get it to do it, but most of them SHOULD be able to with a few tweaks.
