Fit G2M clothing to G2F

I was going through old Genesis-2 clothing, and for grins was putting G2M outfits on a G2F. As I expected, things like thighs, hips, and chests didn't fit well. Just curious if there is any kind of script to add G2F fits to G2M clothing? Looks like it would be quite mechanical/repeatable. I have no urgent need for this, but would expand my options. (Ultimately, would use in Poser2014 DSON, but that might not be relevant)
