I am assuming this is a texture expansion, as the furniture looks the same as the required set, but there are some oddities in the promo shots and descriptions.

Why are the untextured promos shown? These are normally only used in promos for the props set, not a texture expansion. Also the what's included section does not make it clear that these are material presets, and not the props themselves. 

In addition most PC+ texture sets include at least two additional texture options, here there just seems to be one.

    The clay renders are included as a mistake - so that will be amended... but yes, it is a texure addon..

    Didn't Faller do that kit in the 1970's for the HO scale model trains? If not, something very close.
