Purchase not appearing in DazCentral

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I purchased Scene Optimizer along with a bunch of other things. Everything else is showing up but this.

It's not showing up in DazCentral to install but everything else appears. It's in the product list on my account and the purchase list as well.
