SOLVED Looking for a product HDRI utility

I am looking for an HDRI product sold here, that was supposed to add more light to your HDRI. It sems you could use a regular HDRI, then use this productt that would add additional lighting. I can't for the life of me find it, or remember what it was called.

 

If you can remember what it ws, let me know.
