    Daveyabbo has 8 items  ... most are 40% off, but 2 or 3 are 58% off already. Only the 40% work in the cart. The 58% ones take away the FREE and they are no longer free. 
    Why those 58% ones in there if they do not qualify for the additional 30% discount?  the Borg one kicks out the free offer.

     

    he items from Daveyabbo itms from Featured Artist Store ... some are listed 40% off, 2 are 58% off. The 58% off items kick out the ability to buy the 3 FREE items in the offer. I can see the text for the featured artist deal..it says 40% off, then it could be 10,20, or 30% off additional depending on how many new releases from that days releases you buy. Then if that the case, those 58% items should not be listed in there.

    For those of you who mentioned not receiving Daz emails recently - I, too, have had an issue receiving the daily emails ... on time (I receive all other Daz emails fine, though). I put in a support ticket over a week ago and was contacted by Daz early this past week. They are sending them out normally, but I wouldn't receive them until around 12 hours later. Up until the end of the PC+ sale (July 1st) I was getting the daily emails around 6am Eastern, but since then I've been getting them at 4 - 8 pm Eastern (yesterday's showed up after midnight today!).

    I chalked it up to my ISP, but since there are several of you having issues with the daily emails also, I wonder if there's something else going on?

I *am* getting invoice emails through when I buy something, and I got a Gift Card email after this started. Just not the Newsletters.

    Many mail client/services are applying aditional filters and categorization besides regular spam. Like in gmail i have "Main, Social and Promotions" and Microsoft "Priority and Others". I get daz invoices in Main and newsletter in Promotions/Others. So besides the spam folder, check if you have a categorization that might be moving your mails to a different folder.

    IDK.  I have a "Promotions" folder, and Daz's daily emails still go to my Inbox.

    Yeah - all checked on my account, daz3d.com whitelisted, nothing in spam, no other folders, not being deleted automatically, nothing filtered, no catagorisation at my account level. All emails downloaded from my gmx.com account to Thunderbird - and no newsletters (daily or PC). So it has to be outside my control on the server end at gmx.com or Daz3d.

    OH --- i just realized after deleting my cart and redoing it, that the 2 items I was trying to buy from the Artist category are actually part of the FREE offering ... so instead of messing my cart up, i got them both free. Better yet. 
    nevermind then.

    But it's really supposed to be 70%. I guess 90% was too good to be true! Obviously, still good deals but a huge difference.

    I'm really getting tired of these constant price changes after ads go up.  There's a process called proofreading, and as convoluted as the DAZ store's English often is, getting fundamental basics like prices and percentages right should be a no-brainer. 

  • I'm just sad - the back catalogue items include a solid chunk of my wishlist - but there isn't a single thing on offer today that I can use for the new items to trigger the sale, and nothing cheap enough I am willing to throw money away to get it.  I know there will be a bunch of people scoffing at the old stuff who are more than willing to get the new ones and don't care about the legacy, it seems a shame to make the one so exlcusively dependent upon the other.  :-(

    Back on thread, the "Behold the Future of Your Renders" sale isn't working. I have three new debut items from that page in my cart, yet the two free items from the sci-fi list aren't showing up as free - they're showing up full price. The sale function worked last night, but not this morning.

    Gidt cards are not being discounted as advertized,

    We reported as shown above.

    Discount is showing but I'm not getting a communication error ...

    ... And I just checked my bank and everything is fine on that end.

    They often have big discounts and occasionally get thrown in for free.

    Yeah, I can confirm. Nothing but swirlies for all the new products. I tried three different browsers - Chrome, Edge, and Opera - just swirlies with all three.

    So, if you buy ONE "You can do magic" release, you get 60% off featured artists stores AND 50% off select PC+ fantasy items? 

    Or do you only get the 50% off PC+ fantasy items if you buy a new release AND buy from a featured artists store?

    This is really confusing.

    Doesn't work for me either way. I don't get a discount on PC+ with one of the new Items added.

    Ensary, Fugazi1968, and Ironman all have new releases today but none of those three are listed in on the sales page as a Featured Artist.

    Featured artists are not getting  the 60% off with a You Can Do Magic new release. Instead the discount stays at 50%

    We have to admit, it's all our fault. "You can do magic" is not only a headline, but a requirement to get these discounts. :D
