    Let's start here. I see three new items. I then see more than the two you would get for free. Are the other items also from that same selection?

    So I tried a cart. With three new and two from the selection, the two are free. I put in a third, and it spread out the amounts, none free. So, the recommendation is do the deal separate.

    I was able to add from the 60% off cat as well as the featured stores and it doesn't interfere with the free items from the one cat.

    Seems the "60% off for featured artists" when having any new item in the cart part of the "Take your medieval up a notch" sale isn't working any longer.

    And it's the same for the "50% off featured artists" when having any new item in the cart part of the Kayo sale.

    I added one from the featured stores in the Kayo sale and it went to 50%. You may have to do a ticket; could be a specific item problem.

    Are you using a PC+ itema as the trigger? The extra discount seems not work if you are using a PC+ item as your new item; but does work when a non PC+ item is used.

    Ah, yes... that seems to be the culprit.. which makes it more interesting, as "all new items" doesn't exclude PC+ items (except for these getting the addional 10% off of course, as THAT is stated in the small print).

    Yes, usually when it states 'any new item' new PC+ oitems have worked. Now that we know the problem maybe Cris or some other mod can report the problem.

    In another case of The Amazing Vanishing Sale Items, dForce Operator Hair is listed as an option on the "Select Sci-Fi Items: Buy # Get # Free" list (smack in the middle of this screenshot), but when you try to open the page, there's a 404 error as it's apparently no longer in the store, making it a littttle hard to add to the cart. wink

    Scratch that, it's back now. O_o

    Whenever I get a 404 page for a product I'm fairly certain still exists, I try adding a "/" to the end of the url. That usually brings up the correct page. I have no idea why. Logic dictates that all urls should work without the "/" or all urls should require the "/" to work. This intermittent requirement puzzles me. But it's worth trying the next time a link in a sales promo leads to a 404 page.

    Can anyone spot the differences between the promos for these items?  The video linked in the decription is always the same thing.  How does QA allow this?

    This might be worth a trouble ticket to get an answer. Vol 2 has the same promos, too.

    Assuming each volume has different animations, (and they should,) seems like it would help to sell the product to create unique promo images for each product, using animations from the package they are representing.

    It worked for me. Mine was FIVES-AROUND. It sounds like there might be different ones???

    It works for me on that item. Since it seems to be a limited problem you may have to submit a ticket to CS.
