    The featured artist items in today's sale don't seem to be showing the proper discount in my cart for 2 or more items. Screenshot of cart attached. It's more than an hour past DAZ midnight; that's why I mention it.

    Lots of items in this list (Aeon Soul, Biscuits, etc.) only go to 40% (instead of the stated 50) when more than one is carted.

    Anyone purchased all 3 bundles today ...sukai, villain and milton?  Just wondering what the correct price should be with the 30% discount for buying all3 plus the additional purple banner which gives additional 20% off each sukai and Villain. My cart shows total of 94.24 but that doesn't seem to calculate correctly.

    I have already bought all bundles except the new Milton one.  I got a message that if I purchased it plus a new debut item that I would get 20% off a gift certificate.  I am not getting the discount when I put the gift certificate in the cart and I am pretty sure that the extra discount on the Milton bundle isn't calculating properly either...  any help appreciated.

    @Northof45 ok that's what I am getting in the cart, apparently I don't know how to do DAZ math. EXample: For the Sukai bundle with the 30% for having all 3 plus my 20% off purple banner I get

    80.20 *.70( 30%  having all  3) = 56.14 *.80 ( purple banner 20%) = 44.91 You have in brackets the (.05/.06) where do you get that? I'm confused...

    Two or more New or Still New gets you 50% off instead of 40% off, so to go from 0.6 (40% off) to 0.5 (50% off), you have to do the inverse, 0.6 * (0.5 / 0.6) = 0.5

    The purple banner for the Sukai 8 Bundle only works if you get two special add-ons (2 of the 3). The day's deal gives another 20% off with the two add-ons, plus a $20 credit.

    None of the Special Items are getting any extra discount when multiple are in the cart, even though there's upposed to be an extra 10% off for 2 or more.  Is it because they're already discount over 50% and the sale doesn't stack?

    I was getting ready to checkout but it seems I have lost my PC+ membership or something. The cart has a message that says "Save $2.25 on this order by adding a membership to your cart now:"

    If I go to my account, it says my membership is Active and the expiration date is Jan 14, 2021.

    But, there is also a place that says "Switch to Platinum Club Plus" with a button that says "CONVERT ACCOUNT". I don't recall seeing this before. It gave a popup that says it is not reversible, so I clicked Cancel.

    Any idea what's going on with the PC+ memberships? Do I need to click the convert button?

    Clicking on your name does not show you as a PC+ member. So, to resolve this issue you will have to subnit a ticket to CS to get it resolved. Unfortunately they do not work on weekends. So, if you miss any sales because of your erroneously lost membership, keep track of them along with screen shots and also submit them to CS.

    For some reason it seems you're now listed as a member of the old Platinum Club which existed before PC+. The Convert button was used for the transition to PC+ years ago, but it doesn't do anything anymore. 

    You'll need to open a ticket to get it fixed.

    That's strange. All of this worked fine yesterday. I only discovered Daz a couple of months ago, so I shouldn't be part of any old program. I'll submit a support ticket and wait it out.

    That's a possibility, effectively. 

    This used to happen regularly in the first several months of the then-new Magento store software. I hope we're not heading back to that again — it was a massive annoyance for us and a massive timesink for the Support people dealing with all the glitched memberships.

    ok it's been an hour since new releases went up and discounts not working. 

    "50% off when you buy two or more new releases" - not discounting

    "10% off a gift card when you buy one new release" - not discounting
