Revert to daz 4.12.0.86
Is it possible [tevert to Daz Studio 4.12.0.86]?
I can't see any download links for previous versions and 4.12.1 is just full of "surprises" like losing morph values on keyframes during saving, breaking morphs completely if you load the scene and then save again(not just the value anymore, the morph itself is broken). After googling long and hard I finally managed to find threads about those and turns out it's been like that for more than 2 months already with no words about fix incoming any time soon. Honestly, there should always be a pinned thread "Read before updating! What's broken in the new version".
Anyway, how do I approach reverting? Do I ask daz support for a download link? How fast do they reply? Or is there a link somewhere already? Do I delete my current daz/overwrite it/clean install?
Thanks in advance.

Okay, miraculously I've found a dim version of previous Daz dating back to 10.2019! The question now is: do I delete this version? Do I just install the older one on top of the new one?
There are no download links for older versions, the only ways to downgrade are having a backup of the older installer, or contacting Daz support to ask them if they can provide you with one.
You can uninstall the one you currently have before reinstalling, but I think the installer handles that part of you didn't.
Assuming both the installed one and the one you want to revert to are general releases: copy the old one you want to revert to to DIM's "Downloads" folder (just overwrite the current one if file names clash (save a copy first if you think you might need one)), then start DIM in Offline Mode (important). Then find the old one on DIM's Install tab and install it, it should now replace the current one.
Yeah, both are my dim downloads, found older dim version in one of my "old" folders. Thanks for the help!
BTW, if you have Malwarebytes running I'll suggest shutting it down during the installation. The last two times I updated DIM and DS on one of my PCs Malwarebytes blocked the .exe files without any warning so the installation went wrong. If it happens with DS it may show as installed anyway in DIM, in that case uninstall it in DIM first (if DIM seems to hang when you do, just shut it down). Then restart it (with Malwarebytes shut down) and try again, then it should work.
