    It looks like her in the thumbnails for the individual products, but I'm not entirely sure about the main promo.

    I think so.  Zarina was released 2 months after the headwear, and Monique has the same birthmark on her right shoulder, so it's probably her skin, at least.

    I see what you mean. I loaded Monique 7 up, dressed her and tried to pose her like the above image and there is a difference in her cheeks, chin, and the nose which is distinct.

    Both characters are lovely.

    I was comparing the SKUs, Zarina's is much lower than the headwear's.  So apparently they have waited a long time with releasing her.

    She is a mixture of Monique 7 and Arabella 7

    Besides, the expression is from Monique 7 Wild Expressive, it might be effective on appearance.
