    Lo oks like it was done in DS3.

    You add it to the docked tabs you already have via the menu - Window - Panes (Tabs)

    Nope. That gives me a view pane but no tabs and no decimator.  I can't get a screenshot now, but trust me. I tried that first.

    Just checking: Did you enter your Decimator serial number in the Plugins pane?
