Who is Alexa 2?

I was checking out this biweekly entry of freebies, and one item "Chloe for Alexa 2" seems to need an "Alexa 2"... The store has an "Alexa", but no "Alexa 2"... I did the google thing but it's a little hung up on Amazon's Alexa... The figure looks a lot like some A3 sorta character, but it seems older than A3... So is that some sort of discontinued standalone figure? Or is it just not showing up in the store search?

Human: "Alexa... Find me Alexa 2..."

Siri: "Who is Alexa?"

Human: "Thats what I'm asking... Find me Alexa 2..."

Siri: "Finding... A Sexy Shoe..."

    According to the Poser Daz Wiki: "Alexa 2 is a toon-style female figure, created by Darlisa. She is no longer available for legal purchase."

    Like many figures - gone with the ravages of time... I'm STILL sad that I can't get "ChibiBel" or "NearMe"... Adorable toon/anime type figures. Gone forever I guess. :(

    I really like the "Near Me" figure. It states you can buy for about 2000 Yen at eFrontier Japan. I just might do that.

    Alexa was one of the figures exclusive to 3DCommune long ago. After 3DCommune closed she was available at Daz from some time, but I don't think she's been available for years.

    That readme has a bunch of usernames listed in it that I haven't heard for quite a while.

    Well, I guess there's no point in picking up that freebie if I can't buy the base figure.

    I did this years and years and years ago. I'm almost certain it's Alexa 2 (I also had the first version). Poser 4 render. Moldy oldie. LOL

    I believe at the time, she looked too much like Kim Goosen's (sp) "The Girl" so that's the reason for the 2nd version. I think. Was a long time ago and I'm old now. LOL

    I'm pretty sure she came free with some versions of Poser.

    It seems to but I've not a clue it's in Japanese. Bing says 1980 Yen is equal to 18.44 USD today, 6 Jul 2020.

    Thanks for asking this. I was wondering the same thing. I guessed Alexa 2 was some no longer available figure but good to know for certain.

    i grab all free items. just to get them off the list. most never get used, unfortunately. This is a weird one though, being for something that no longer exists.

    odd I have Poser 7 and up but Alexa of any number is not in any of them

    Free has a cost; it's called diskspace and time dealing with it.

    I download free if I can use, or may do; nebulous posibilities don't get downloaded/purchased.

    I did briefly look if any other Poser figures have the same UV but apparently not,

    not impossible some share layouts

    Oh, right, I missed that post. AFAIK she has not, but I might be wrong.

    Figures from other sites have been included in Poser default content, though, like LaRoo 2 from RDNA. Maybe that's what Wonderland was thinking about?

    I seem to remember her in later Poser editions, either 2014 or Poser 11. But maybe it was LaRoo 2. I never used either. I'll try to check at some point.

    Ha Ha Ha  That Reminds me of the time my husnd was looking for the movie ip man on Amazon firestick prime using Alexa

    Well of course Siri wouldn't tell you where Alexa is, those two have hated each others' guts for years.
