How To Save A Scene With HDR Light And Environment?

I recently purchased this product: https://www.daz3d.com/ultrahd-iray-hdri-with-dof--winter-beaches. The results are stunning!

My question is, not that I have the model, scene and lighting the way I want, how do I save the image?  I would like to save it as a PNG or jpeg; something that shows the final work.

Is there also an option for saving it as an intermedaite, non final image that I could still work with? The  "Save As Scene Subset" saves the model as I've posed her so that I can open the file later and work where I left off, Do I have to bring up the HDRI portion separately each time?

    Save a scene and load it tto get the render settiings (including HDR), assuming that hasn't been turned off in preferences.

    The best way for easy access it to just save it into your library as a scene.
