Need some help

I am looking for a staff similar to THE STAFF OF ONE.  My youngest and I just finished up watching Marvel's The Runaways, and Nico is one of her favorites and I wanted to make an image of her.  But I don't seem to have a staff similar to that nor did I see one like it at the store.  Any help would be great.  Thanks.

Not super close, but the Sun Staff at Renderosity has a circular headpiece. 

There's a blog piece about making The Staff of One here.  It's done in Autocad, but you can also use Blender.

Thanks Sevrin. I had seen that item in my search. I almost bought a pose pack from that site until at the last minute I seen that the staff was not included. I actually think its the same staff just retextured. Here is what I ended up with. Non-staff needing Nico.
